The candidate: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on FINANCIAL INNOVATION MANAGER who is well-versed in all aspects of financial management and technology, ranging from simple accounting and administration to broad investment and banking operations to oversee and advice on all current finance, accounting, fiscal and administration duties of the company.
We are looking for a hands-on leader, who is able not only to lead the finance function from a strategic perspective but that is also experienced and passionate about building the finance, accounting, controlling and administrative processes/functions from scratch to attain excellence and that is passionate about technology. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and a team player since all relative departments of the organization will be working together with him/ her,
The Role: you will be responsible for protecting our companies’ revenues, profits, liquidity and safeguard an environment for the company to continue growing sustainably. You will be advising on all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, administration, fiscal management, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as for the development of internal control policies and procedures. You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company. You will also advice the accounting, administration, IT and HR functions.

· Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting or Finance or similar at top school.
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Controllership, Corporate finance or similar.
· Proven experience as Financial manager or advisor, finance controller or relevant role for at least 4 years.
· Ideally experience in top mangement consulting firms, private banking and or fintech startups.
· +2 years of private equity, investment banking, project finance or corporate finance
· In depth knowledge of the accounting, financial management, fiscal management and administration functions.
· In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
· Solid knowledge of financial analysis, controlling and forecasting.
· Ability to strategize and solve problems.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and people skills.
· An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers and with a strategic ability.
· Proficient in the use of MS Office and data analysis tools.
· Proficient use of different ERP systems.
Languages: Spanish (Fluent), English (Advanced)

Ideal Qualifications
Experience in a startup or building own company.
Ideally prior experience in a tech venture (or a tech-focused investment fund)
Experience working with 3rd party mortgage valuation, pre-payment, and default models and products (QRM, Yield Book, Polypaths, MIAC, Algorithmics)
Experience working with mortgage databases (1010/eMBS/,Loan Performance -Core Logic)
Experience with statistical models such as linear and non-linear regression, logistic regression, and generalized linear models.
2+ years Experience in Securitization transactions
